So far, getting along with our male sheltie. Been a bit of a marking war, but we expected it. He's pretty laid back until he sets his boundaries (which I encourage, our sheltie is pretty overzealous about new friends)
Other than the marking, he is definitely potty trained. And very smart! He wasn't sure how to get on the couch or the beds, but once he figured out how high he can jump and the appropriate props he could use to get up, he was ready for the "lap dog" experience.
Now he can bat those handsome eyes and feel a little lighter for the hot summer days and have less slippery paws on the floors.
He held quite still for the haircut, minus the face trim. But come on! Who likes scissors in their face or eyeballs right?
